Delivery Methods and Costs
We strive to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your goods.
- Free Delivery: For purchases over 499 DKK we offer free delivery.
- Delivery: Delivery between Monday and Friday (weekdays).
- Delivery time: Typically 3-5 business days.
Order processing
- Processing time: We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 3pm or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
- Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package along the way.
Delivery time
Standard Delivery: Our estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address and any unforeseen delays with our carriers.
Delivery address
Please ensure you provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once your order has been shipped. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or misdelivery, for which you are responsible.
Delay
Although we work hard to deliver your items on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, transportation issues or supplier problems. We will keep you informed if any delays occur and do our best to remedy them.
Receiving Delivery
When you receive your package, please check whether the product is in good condition and corresponds to your order. If you discover any damage or errors upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can help resolve the issue.
International Deliveries
We do not currently offer international delivery. Delivery is only available within Denmark.

Right of withdrawal
At BEPE you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return a product, you must notify us of your decision within this period. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.
Return procedure
Information: Please inform us of your decision to return the product by contacting our customer service.
Returns: Send the item back to us at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. We will cover the return costs if the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund you the full amount including any standard delivery charges within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original product according to our returns policy. Please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange and for further instructions.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened or the seal broken, for hygiene reasons. This applies in particular to cosmetic products such as creams.
